Hi.

As I mentioned this is a clean install. Respectfully, why this matters?

Clearly this is a production consequence as there are many people experiencing this. Is MS doing something to ready this?

Same question - I have 10 files in the folder. I close it, open up it, it scans for 20+ seconds before showing the 10 files. What is going on ?

Thank you for posting your reply and updating on the condition. Nosotros apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest yous to follow the steps below and cheque if it helps.

1. Press Windows central + 10 and select Control Console.

2. Click on File Explorer Options.

iii. Click on View tab.

4. Under Advanced Settings, uncheck the option for Show status bar.

v. Click on Apply and and so OK.

I advise you to check if the consequence persists in Condom Mode.

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows ten

If the upshot does not persist, then suggest you to perform a Make clean Boot. A make clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when yous run a program in Windows 10, Windows eight.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista. You may too troubleshoot or decide what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

* Place the estimator in a Clean Kicking and check if the issue is occurring due to any 3rd party programs.

I actually appreciate the effort, just please get some more than senior help. There "robot" type of answers are not helpful. We demand to debug this issue if we want to know what the problem is.
